Peptide dosage calculator
Enter your vial strength, the diluent you add and the dose you were prescribed. The result updates as you type.

How this is calculated
- mg ÷ mL = concentration
- dose (mg) ÷ concentration = mL
- mL × 100 = units (1 unit = 0.01 mL)
- Rounded up to the next whole unit
Blends: the math uses the amount of the ingredient you dose by (or the total). Every unit carries all ingredients in the same ratio.

This tool does arithmetic only. It does not recommend a dose. Confirm volumes with a pharmacist before injecting.
Common questions
How do you convert mg to units for a peptide?
Divide the mg in the vial by the mL of water added to get mg per mL. One unit on a U-100 syringe is 0.01 mL, so mg per unit = (vial mg ÷ water mL) × 0.01. Units = dose ÷ mg per unit. Example: 10 mg in 2 mL is 5 mg/mL, 0.05 mg per unit, so a 0.25 mg dose is 5 units.
How many units is 0.25 mg?
It depends on the vial strength and the water added. With 10 mg in 2 mL, 0.25 mg is 5 units; with 5 mg in 2 mL it is 10 units; with 10 mg in 2.1 mL it is 6 units (5.25, rounded up). Enter your own numbers above.
What is the difference between mg and mcg?
1 mg (milligram) = 1,000 mcg (micrograms). A 250 mcg dose is 0.25 mg. The calculator accepts either; pick the unit next to the dose box.
How many units are in 1 mL?
A U-100 syringe or pen holds 100 units per mL, so 1 unit = 0.01 mL, 10 units = 0.1 mL and 50 units = 0.5 mL.
Why does the calculator round up?
Syringe and pen markings are whole units, so the result is rounded up to the next whole unit. The exact value is shown under the result.
Can I use the calculator for blends?
Yes. Choose Blend, pick a preset (such as CJC-1295/Ipamorelin or BPC-157/TB4) or enter each ingredient, and the calculator shows what each dose contains.
